Safeway Food Stores
gta were the preferred drainage consultant for England and Wales for over 25 years during which time we designed the drainage and PH systems for over 150 new stores and numerous extensions, petrol filling stations, depots, etc.
Sainsbury’s
gta has designed drainage and PH services for over 60 new stores, numerous extensions, petrol filling stations and depots, and carried out pollution prevention audits on nearly 400 stores and project managed the remedial works.
Romford Retail Park
A £42m major retail and leisure park in the centre of Romford. The project includes 300,000 sq ft of retail space; 200,000 sq ft of leisure and 1,750 car parking spaces. gta were responsible for drainage, public health services, vacuum drainage and major culverting of the River Rom.
Eden Project, High Wycombe
A £120m retail centre development by Brookfield Construction (formerly Multiplex). gta designed extensive sewer diversions as well as building and external drainage and coordinated services layouts. The project includes 700,000 sq ft of mixed used space, predominantly retail, with approximately 1,580 roof–top car parking spaces.
