181 plot site close to the sea. gta were involved in extensive discussions and negotiations with the environment agency and utility companies in seeking removal of planning obstacles, as well as detailed civil engineering designs for the site.
Saltings Reach, St. Ives, Cornwall
gta carried out a similar brief to Camber for this 88 plot site in an area of environmental interest. gta designed the roads, drainage and services.
