gta have carried out a full civil engineering design at this £14.5 million 100 bedroom hotel with banqueting and conference facilities, state of the art health suite, swimming pool, extensive ‘green’ car park.
The project presented a challenge with no foul discharge point available to a public sewer.
A ‘biobubble’ sewage treatment plant was proposed which discharges effluent to a quality which can be discharged direct to ponds and streams on site without harm to fish and wildlife.
